We believe in a total food culture. Our chefs are encouraged to be creative, innovative and above all to serve fresh, tasty, well presented food every day. Customers can expect to enjoy nice uncomplicated food, bursting with flavour. Our menus feature traditional British classics, International favourites, the latest trendy food, and lots of celebrity recipes…….Nigel Slater’s Green Chicken Curry, Delia Smith’s Classic Roast Pork and Roasted Roots, Jamie Oliver’s North African Lamb with Chilli, Ginger, Chick peas and Cous Cous, and Fast-roasted Cod with Parsley and Lime, Gary Rhodes’ Wild Mushroom Tart, Peter Gordon’s Sweet Potato, Rosemary and Garlic Mash, Nigella Lawson’s New York Cheesecake and Sticky Chocolate Pudding. As we gradually introduce new dishes our customers can nominate their favourites to feature on future menus as the “peoples choice”.

We now have a Food Development Chef – Martin Blake (a former winner of our Chef of the Year competition) and he will be updating this section of our website periodically with news about trends and changes to our food offers as well as providing recipes for our customers to try out at home.
