The company is owned by the Directors who are:

Andy North: Co-founder of the business in 2000, Andrew is our Operations Director and looks after the Yorkshire region as well as taking responsibility for supplier purchasing and food development. He has a long history of catering having been an Operations Director previously for a number of other catering companies – only this time it is his own company. He shares a passion for good food and when not running fast on the job he can be seen running fast over the fells and moorlands of Northern England.

Aileen Smith: Co- founder of the business. Prior to setting up the catering people Aileen was an Operations Director for Link Catering. Aileen is Operations Director where she shares operational responsibility for the business with Andrew. Aileen also takes responsibility for Human Resources, Training and Health and Safety and Environmental issues. On her rare time off Aileen enjoys travelling to remote places – where the only sounds are the sounds of silence.

Maggie Steed: Maggie Steed joined the company in 2001 as Sales Director, responsible for gaining new business. Maggie has a wealth of experience in contract catering, formerly working for Sutcliffe Catering, Compass Group and Aramark. She has a keen eye for detail and takes the view that in order to succeed we have to listen carefully to the clients needs. In her spare time Maggie enjoys time with her family.

Jeff Blood: New to the Board in January 2007, Jeff began his career as an accountant in a multinational company but after 10 years became involved in one of the UK's first local commercial radio stations. He went on to become Managing Director but after 15 hectic years and a takeover moved into venture capital and helping small companies. As our Finance Director he is responsible for finance, legal, insurance and administration. Jeff claims to be a DIY expert - his family might disagree with the use of the word 'expert'.
